Camping Geversduin, part of Kennemer Duincampings, is a genuine family campground located in beautiful North Holland Dune Reserve. Just four kilometers from the beach, vacationing and nature go hand in hand. The campground is known for its magical forest atmosphere where children go on adventures and enjoy endless playtime.

Geversduin sought a modern way to improve Location Marketing and efficiently inform guests about current events. Think weather forecasts, entertainment programs, restaurant hours, bike rentals and regional events. Previously this was done via manually posted bulletins, which was time-consuming and caused many repeated reception questions. The goal was to seamlessly extend the digital channels Cobra Systems already managed (including WiFi and guest portal) with dynamic information displays.

Cobra Systems delivered end-to-end Digital Signage implementation at high-traffic locations like reception, restaurant and restrooms. The project started by running network and electrical cables, directly connected to the super-fast existing wired and wireless infrastructure. Cobra Systems then guided a partner through installation. Cobra Systems handled the dismount, media player connection, system configuration and management setup. Via a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS), staff can now easily keep content current.

Digital Signage directly and visually supports guests' customer journey. Campground guests are well-informed at all times, reducing front desk questions and enhancing vacation enjoyment.
